Prep at TSSC

Preparatory Year – a year of inquiring learning for children turning 5 before June 30th on the year of enrolment.

  • Prep is full time
  • Available to all children of eligible age and there are no waiting lists
  • Children need to be 5 by 30 June in the year they enrol in Prep
  • Children will need to be six by 30 June in the year they enrol in year 1.
  • Prep is not compulsory. Some parents may choose to keep their children at home or send them to childcare. However, when enrolling your child at school, they will start at Prep.
  • Please note: A birth Certificate will need to be sighted at your child's enrolment
